Well Hi there! This post will be written
in English, I don't know why, I just feel
like it :D
So, some of you might have noticed that
there's a new picture in the column to the
right. It looks something like this;

My name is Rosita and, yeah, that's me! :D
Some people will probably think this is kind of boring, that I've revealed myself, but it doesn't meen I will stop sending my ninja out on the streets with pearler beads now, no, definitively not! :D
I just wanted to take this blog into another direction.

Yesterday I went to a couple of flea-markets
and good-will stores. I picked up this cute thermos,
who was sadly missing the cup on top,
but I liked it anyways! :D

I also found some tin boxes;



I'll put my needles and bobbins in there :D

I also played some videogames yesterday!

Today I'm taking it slow and I'm enjoying the
small things; kiwis, physalis and tea :D

Översättning;
Hej vänner! För er som är uppmärksamma så
har ni säkert sett att jag lagt upp en ny bild här
i spalten till höger. Jag har kommit ut ur pysselgarderoben,
tagit av mig ninjamasken ;) Men lugn, bara lugn,
ninjan är kvar och kommer fortsätta göra konstiga
upptåg. Jag kände bara för att ta en ny vändning
med bloggen. Göra den mer personlig.
Jag hoppas att ni inte misstycker?
Det är lite trist med en så anonym blogg som
den här. Inga personliga bilder, ja, jag ville
ha förändring. Och jag heter Rosita förresten,
trevligt att träffas! :D Kolla runt så mycket du vill,
och lämna gärna en kommentar.

Bilderna är från gårdagens loppis-jakt. Hittade en
termos, några askar och en sockerströare (som
jag glömde fota).
Idag dricker jag te och tar det lugnt.

Frukost, loppisfynd och te (:

Hej igen! Jag är tillbaka nu.
Jag har haft en riktigt bra dag idag!
Först så gick jag och min vän Johanna till
café Java och njöt utav deras frukostbuffé.
(inte helt fel)

Och efter frukosten så knatade vi runt
på stan och kollade igenom en hel hög
med second-handbutiker, prylbodar och
en och annan antikaffär.
Jag hittade några fina fynd;


Temat verkar vara turkos... ;D
En turkosblå bok, en ljusblå köksvåg (som inte funkade! :O märkte det när jag kom hem, men den kostade en tia på Myrorna, så det var ju ingen skandal direkt. Jag får väl slå lite på den så kanske den funkar ;D), en ljusblå handvevad visp och en turkos duk till...ja, jag vet inte var jag ska ha den, men det spelar ingen roll. Jag gillar turkos.

Translation; It seems like I had a theme! ;D Everything is light blue / turqoise! The book, the kitchen scale that wouldn't work but only cost about one dollar so it doesn't matter, the light blue hand beater/whisk and the turqoise table cloth. I like turqoise.

Så fin! Min elvisp är trasig så det var ett bra fynd.
Love it. My electric whisk is broken.


Jag köpte först en gräddfärgad våg, vilket ju
var tur eftersom den blåa inte vill funka som den ska.
De kostade 10 resp. 20 kr st så....vem bryr sig.
First I bought this cream-colored scale in one store
and then I found the blue one. Luckily this one
actually works. (They we're like $2 each so...)

I'm back!
I had a great day today.
First me and my friend Johanna went to
the café Java for some breakfast. They have
a really nice breakfast buffet and afterward
we went to like 5 or 7 second hand stores,
antiques and cute little shops.
I did find some things that I fell for and
had to buy so here above you'll find some photos.

Ledig dag = bra dag! :D

Ledig från jobbet ägnar sig ninjan åt
att äta frukostbuffé på café,
jaga efter fina prylar på second hand
och fotografera. Det blir nog en fin dag!

The ninja is off work today and will spend
the day with a breakfast buffet, a dear friend
and lot's of second hand-stores! And off course,
the trusted mr Nikon (the camera) will join!

Second hand, yard sales & loppisfynd

I love second hand-stores and auctions
and I thought I should share some of my
pretty findings with you guys!

A blue jar that used to contain cocoa! :D
It's an old Swedish brand.


I love these old plates and whatnots.


A cute plate in the shape of a big leaf.



An old jar that used to be filled with Bristol English Tea.
Now it's filled with pink hama beads ;)


I love my glass jar for sugar,
it's very 50's diner (;


A big glass bowl for...fruits, or whatever ;D


Another plate, this one in orange/brown/yellow glass, I also have a smaller one, a deep bowl in the same shade. (I keep my old cinema-tickets in the deeper bowl! (; heh!)


The christmas tree decorations cost almost nothing, like 0,14 US dollars. As I said, almost no $ at all... (; But I love the turquoise color so I would gladly have payed more for them ;D


This lamp shade came with a fab. golden lamp foot, but it wouldn't work, I think the cable for the lamp was to old so I switched it for a new foot, from Ikea! I love the porno feel of this lamp ;D It would fit well in on a brothel ;D


This old alarm clock doesn't really work either,
it runs for a while and then it shuts down.
I just keep it at 5:15 at all times, because that
means it's always cocktail-hour! :D

Last, but not least, my all time fav. second hand bargain;

My Minolta. From around 1975 or something.
It works perfectly and I love love love it!
It's both a really pretty camera as well as a good
one for analog photography.
